It has been more than five years now since Minty & Friend first helped a client to manage the implementation and resourcing of reasonable adjustments at work.

The client had experienced difficulties in Line Managers needing support, Occupational Health reports needed speeding up and more clarity, some issues were very complex or the organisation was vulnerable legally under the Disability Discrimination Act.

Not surprisingly the service had developed and grown and offers a range of support from a telephone conversation, commissioning and interpreting specialist assessments and face to face meetings to move things forward or resolution of disputes.

We are currently providing a variety of support for BT Plc, Lloyds TSB, O2, and the Royal Mail Group to name a few.
